In June, the Oregon-Idaho and Pacific Northwest Conferences of The United Methodist Church will meet together in a shared annual conference session June 14 – 17, 2017 at the Red Lion on the River – Jantzen Beach in Portland, Oregon. Online registration for the shared session is now live!
There is a registration form for lay and clergy members of the Pacific Northwest and Oregon-Idaho Conferences and a seperate registration for guests; these are named MEMBER and GUEST respectively. Please refer to the registration forms for more details.
Registration for Annual Conference includes a required Meals Package (Learn More) that offers a continental breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday, and continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday. The cost is $180 for those register by May 30 and pay by June 6. Please refer to the registration for details about late fees.
Registration for Child Care and the Children's Conference is also available. Child care is available exclusively for the children of annual conference lay and clergy members. Finally, hotel space is limited in the area because of a number of competing events. Rooms are no longer available on June 14 at our host hotel though there was still availability on June 13, and June 15-17 at last check. Click here for a list of alternative hotels in the area.
