The Basic Lay Servant Ministries Course is being offered in both an English session and a Spanish-language session. This is the foundational course for all other Lay Servant Ministry courses. These courses can prepare you for leadership in your local congregation, or beyond. But they are also a great way to grow in your faith and understanding of the Christian life.
The basic course explores personal spiritual gifts, servant leadership, developing future leaders, spiritual practices and the core ministries of leading, caring, and communicating.
The English class will take place on Thursdays, August 19 – Sept 16, 2021 online. The Spanish class will take place on Tuesdays, September 7 – October 19, 2021 online. The cost for either class is simply the cost of the study book, which is required, is $11.
An advanced course, Rediscovering Our Spiritual Gifts, will be offered Tuesdays Aug 31 – Sept. 28, 2021 online. Advanced courses require a person to take the basic course as a pre-requisite. The cost of the study book is $7.99 and is the only cost for the course.
