We are excited to announce the arrival of Greg Clensy as director of Ocean Park Camp and Retreat Center! Greg and his family arrived on August 28th, and Greg officially began as director on September 1st. Greg brings 21 years of experience at several different camps.
Most recently, Greg has served as assistant director of Camp Galilee in Nevada. From 2001 through 2014, Greg served as director of United Methodist Camp Latgawa in the Oregon/Idaho Conference. Greg also served for a short time as office manager at the Alton Collins Retreat Center in Eagle Creek, Oregon.
Along with Greg comes his wife Eva and daughter Molly. Eva has also spent many years working in camping ministry and brings a wealth of experience, having been a camp professional for 28 years, including being a program director, food services director and camp director. Eva is focused on being available for Molly right now but will be working part-time in the short term and transitioning into more work as Molly gets older.
On behalf of PNW Camping and the Camping Board of Stewards, we welcome the Clensy family to Ocean Park! We are blessed to have you as part of our PNW camp ministries team!
